If you have placed an order for an unframed giclée art print, it will be printed and readied for shipment within 2-3 days. However, if you opt to have your art print framed, please allow for additional time as the frame will be custom-made to suit your order. The framing process typically requires 7 to 8 business days.

Our website displays paintings in their default state: unstretched and unframed, and we ship them in a rolled-up.

However, if you desire a framed painting, we provide an extensive selection of frames that complement a variety of interior styles. Our frames are crafted from high-quality wood or polystyrene sourced from the finest European manufacturers, and they align with current trends in interior design.

Due to limitations enforced by courier companies, we are only able to offer framing for art prints with a maximum length of 70 cm. The framing option is available for paintings in our catalog that fall within this size range.

Ordering a frame or mat for your art print is a hassle-free process, facilitated by our user-friendly framing tool, accessible on the detail page of each painting.

After selecting your preferred frame and placing your order for a framed art print, we proceed to stretch the canvas on a stretcher-bar. Subsequently, we create and assemble an external frame to add a finishing touch to the painting. We also attach a suspension system at the back of the frame for easy hanging.

On our website's painting detail pages, you'll find a resizing tool that allows you to adjust the size of the printed area proportionally using the red up and down arrows.

If any of the arrows become gray/inactive, it signifies that the painting has reached its maximum possible print size.

Please note that our picture framing tool is only active for artworks with a maximum length of 70 cm or less. Any size exceeding this limit will render the framing tool inactive.

Depending on the country of delivery, we ship our prints by using the services of either postal companies or couriers. We offer an online tracking of shipments. A tracking number will be sent to your e-mail as soon as the artwork is sent.

All art prints that are not framed are delivered rolled up in protected postal tubes.
All framed art prints are shipped in cardboard packing with additional corner protectors.

We do not make deliveries to mailboxes, and therefore, you will have to provide physical, home or office address where the shipment shall be mailed to.

Once you've added an art print to the shopping cart, you may use the "shipping estimates" tool to get yourself informed about the transport services and their price.

The ordering process is very easy. After you have selected your art print, you simply click on the "Add to Cart" button. Once the artwork has been added to the shopping cart, follow the steps on the screen.

When you make a payment, we receive only the information we need to implement and ship your Art Reproduction.

Your order confirmation email is completely authentic invoice suitable for many countries, but in any case our shipments are shipped with paper invoice.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, or where it has arrived damaged, you may return it within 14 days from the date on which you have received it.
In order to make the return of products as comfortable as possible, we have made sure this procedure would be quick and easy:

Step 1 - Notification
In order for you to initiate the return process, you must send an e-mail to info@topartprint.com by specifying your order number and the reason for the return.

Step 2 - Return of the goods
As soon as we receive your notification, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your order. We require products to be returned in good condition and in their original packaging. Once we receive the returned order, we shall replace the goods or refund their price, if necessary.

Returning a framed artworks
Kindly note that since the picture frames are made manually and especially for your order, the acceptance of the return shall be at our discretion, so you will need to have a really good reason.

If you have a favorite painting which you are unable to find on our site, please fill out this form of enquiry. A good idea is to mention the name of the artist and of the painting as well as of the museum where it is kept. But if you don't know any of these details, then you can simply describe the painting.

If you have ordered a unframed art print, it must be stretched on a stretcher-bar and framed with an external frame, as this is the natural state of a painting. You may get it framed at a local frame-shop of your choice.

On the other hand, if you've ordered a framed art print, you simply need to hang it on your preferred wall.

Caring for your artwork at home is simple. Here are some basic guidelines to follow:

• Use only a soft, dry cloth to clean the art print. Avoid using detergents.
• Do not hang the artwork on a wall that receives more than 5-6 hours of direct sunlight each day.
• In case water gets on the surface of the art print, use a dry cloth to gently soak it up. There's no need to worry.
